The Leonardo DRS Naval Electronics business provides leading naval computing infrastructure, network and data distribution and middleware enterprise services, as well as world-class manufacturing and support capabilities.

Job Summary

This position will be based in our Leonardo DRS Naval Electronics Display, Processing, and Networking Center of Excellence located in Johnstown, PA. Standard working hours for our staff are: Monday through Thursday from 7:30am-5:00pm, working Fridays 7:30am-4:00pm and every other Friday off.

Job Responsibilities

* Conduct limited scope testing under the supervision of engineers
* Compete assigned tasks on time
* Gather and assemble data for engineers
* Conduct design analysis and/or calculations under the supervision of engineers
* Assist engineers with appropriate design details
* Perform a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the engineering staff, methods, programs and practices
* Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED
* Engineering student
