The E-Commerce Intern for Loro Piana North America will play a vital role in supporting the success and growth of Loro Piana's online business, with a strong focus on paid media performance and website analytics. This role will assist in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, analyzing website data to identify key trends and opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance e-commerce performance. The E-Commerce Intern will contribute to the creation and management of business-critical e-commerce reporting, maintain and update the E-Commerce Activation Calendar, and support local digital marketing initiatives on Loro Piana's US and Canadian sites. Strong understanding of the digital space with respect to e-commerce, user experience, delivery experience, retail trends and digital media Affinity for luxury, fashion & leather goods, with the knowledge of recent and longer-term trends in the category Experience managing and working with 3rd party digital marketing partners Proactive project management skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and drive projects to successful completion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting skills and ability to present information succinctly to the E-Commerce team Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to use and prepare reports, presentations and analysis with Excel, Word and Powerpoint Strong analytical skills: proficiency in Excel, ability to understand and interpret numerous key performance indicators, deep knowledge of Google Analytics, or other site analytics platforms Good understanding of CRM, email and client segmentation analysis Positive, collaborative, hands-on and energetic attitude
