[Internship] Accounting Intern

Job Description

* In charge of checking documents for weekly payments
* In charge of having accounting documents signed & stamped
* In charge of archiving and retrieving of accounting documents
* Support in preparation of statutory reports such as SBV report, Statistics reports, reports to Ministry of Planning and Investment, etc.
* Support in Period-end Closing activities (Month-end, quarter-end, Year-end closing)
* Support in preparation of data and documents for Internal and External audit, Tax inspection, Customs audit purposes (if any)
* Support in creating request to issue output invoices for payment on behalf, asset liquidity, other income, refund of insurance premium, etc.
* Support end-users on accounting related processes (tax invoice handling, payment, vendor creation, fixed assets, stock taking, etc.)
* Assist supervisor with ad hoc financial topics (audit/tax/investment/macro reports, projects, initiatives etc.)

Ihr Profil:

Qualifications

* Entitled as full-time student major in Accounting/Finance/Auditing, ... during internship period
* No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
* Eloquent in English
* Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, Power point...) in required
* Knowledgeable in Accounting software (SAP)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Time management, task management skill
* Hard-working, detailed oriented, result oriented
* Can work independently with minimal supervision
* Having good interpersonal skills and commitment to the accounting profession
