“KBR's Future Leadership Development Program in Corporate Finance/Accounting is a two-year rotational program designed to develop high-potential talent into finance leaders. Participants gain hands-on experience in key finance areas, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Audit, Treasury, Tax, and Accounting, while rotating through different finance functions. The program offers leadership development activities, support for CPA certification, and the opportunity to work with enterprise systems and tools. Successful candidates will be prepared for roles such as Staff Accountant, Auditor, Tax Analyst, or Financial Analyst.”
