It was a good experience, infact a better one. I got to learn how to deal with real world experience, the work load, pressure, work environment, behaviour, different people and their culture, norms and values. How to deal with challenges and how to overcome negativity.

Pros: It gave me an idea of what to expect in a real world of work. It also equipped me with knowledge of how to work closely with people from different environment, cultures and backgrounds. To follow the organisational hierarchy and learn boundaries
Cons: It's hard to work around people especially whom we found in the company. It takes courage and time to adapt to the work environment. Consistency is an every day Job which requires one not to give up.
