Omnichannel Operations Officer for Austria & Switzerland - VIE Contract
* Location: Austria, Vienna
* Target start date: 01/09/2026
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As Omnichannel Operations Officer for Austria & Switzerland VIE within our team, you'll be supporting website content, campaign & consent management activities.

Main responsibilities:
* Consult business units on content requests and coordinate with external partners and the global web team for new page designs and functions.
* Analyze digital efforts using Microsoft Power BI and Google Analytics, and support the SEO strategy.
* Administer the website life-cycle process and manage PromoMats jobs for page approvals.
* Guide Business Units (BUs) trough the content re-use key performance indicators (KPI) process and ensure data quality.
* Act as information broker between the campaign hub and the BUs.
* Analyze digital efforts, train business units on best practices, and consult on technical updates such as Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) parameters and QR codes.
* Supervise and optimize the consent management process, oversee digital permissions, and update consent texts for web and print.
* Support the implementation of omnichannel initiatives, perform coordinative and administrative tasks, and update the Omnichannel Playbook in Power BI.
About you
Experience:
* Preferably previous first work experience in similar positions.
* Ideally experienced in working in projects.
Soft and technical skills:
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong project management skills.
* Microsoft PowerBI and Google Analytics as an advantage.
* Fast learning and proactive working attitude.
* Strong ability to organize self and co-ordinate with others.
* Strong affinity for new technology and trends (tools, apps, software, AI).
* Strong interest in digital transformation and process optimization.
* Good communication and analytical skills.
* Able to work transversally in a complex and fast changing environment.
Education:
* Degree in Business / Business Informatics / Communications / Marketing.
Languages:
* Fluent in English.
