Context & Environment

Within TotalEnergies Power & Gas Belgium, an affiliate based in Liège, the position is attached to the Compensation & Benefits team within the Human Resources department.
The team is involved in activities related to compensation, benefits, HR reporting, HR administration, company vehicle fleet management and the coordination of Group HR campaigns.
You will work closely with the Compensation & Benefits team, other HR teams, subsidiary employees, and various external service providers.

Activities

Your main missions:

* Produce and analyze HR reports and HR key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Conduct quantitative analyses, calculations, and simulations related to compensation and benefits programs.
* Participate in the management of Group HR campaigns.
* Collect the necessary information from HR stakeholders and ensure the related communications to employees.
* Manage the company car fleet: vehicle orders, vehicle changes, supplier follow-up, and calculations related to contributions.
* Occasionally support the management of the Egencia travel booking platform.
* Maintain the HR SharePoint site and related documentation.
* Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and participate in projects related to onboarding, offboarding, and pay transparency.
* Provide occasional support to the HR team on HR administration, audit, and internal organization topics.

Candidate Profile

You hold at least a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, Economics, or an equivalent field related to HR.
An initial experience in Compensation & Benefits and a strong interest in HR reporting would be considered an asset.
You have skills in:
* HR reporting and HR KPI monitoring;
* quantitative data analysis, gap identification, and HR simulations;
* database management;
* developing and documenting procedures.
You are proficient in the following tools:
* Excel;
* Word;
* PowerPoint;
* SharePoint.
Knowledge of Power BI is an asset. A C2 level of French is required. A minimum B2 level of English is also required. An A2 level of Dutch would be an asset.
