The general aim is to contribute to the performance and organization of the RC IT Department by providing support in internal and external communication, IT performance (budget, KPIs), process documentation, and optimization of operational systems.

The main missions will be :
1. Communication & Events: Participate in internal communication for the RC IT Department (content writing, information updates) and assist in organizing seminars, group meetings, and internal events.
2. Performance & Budget Monitoring: Contribute to the invoicing project, support budget analysis, assist with analysis and implementation of actions to simplify our reference frameworks (clients, allocation keys, etc.), and optimize costs.
3. Processes, Organization & Documentation: Contribute to documenting RC IT Department processes and support the optimization of cross-functional processes within the IT Department.
4. Cross-functional: Participate in other cross-functional projects as needed.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:
* Master's degree or engineering degree in IT and/or management
* First experience related to performance, process, budget and service management topics.

Technical skills:
* Organization and attention to detail
* Strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information
* Good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit

Computing skills:
* Very good knowledge of digital softwares (Office tools, in particular Excel & Powerpoint, Adobe suite and Canva, for example)
* Strong interest in information systems, generative AI, and Copilot (including Agents)
* Knowledge of Power BI and Power Platform tools is a plus

Languages:
* English: level C1
* French: level C1
