VIE - Real Estate Analyst - NYC

About the role

Missions:
* Review, abstract and interpret commercial lease documents (e.g. leases, amendments, subleases, etc.)
* Conduct audits of existing leases and database to validate accuracy and consistency
* Analyze existing portfolio and financial data; establish and maintain benchmarks and standards for financial terms and deal performance
* Track, maintain and manage critical dates reports and P&Ls
* Lease transaction support
* Prepare/support with location approval presentations (CARs) including pre-deal due diligence
* Provide analysis based on a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, competition, and profitability levers and recommend strategic choices based on insights derived
* Provide market-specific and portfolio-wide analytics and insights
* Create and maintain routine and ad hoc reporting
* Complete special projects pertaining to market and portfolio analytics as requested by Director of Real Estate

Profile

Profile:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher (Preferably in business, finance field or marketing)
* Superior data analysis and reporting skills
* Strong Attention to details
* Financial Acumen and Business Acumen with strong consumer prospective
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for Brands, Fashion and Market Knowledge in the Fashion Industry
* Must have excellent presentation skills
* Must be able to clearly communicate information effectively and persuasively with strong interpersonal skillsto engage with all level of the organizations
* Ability to work independently and to work in a team environment
* Strong Problem Solving skills and orientation to results attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
