Could you be the Procurement Tender Manager we're looking for? We are open to multiple locations across Nordics Sweden, especially in Stockholm of Västeras.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your buying expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll report to WESTERMEIER Petra, Region Procurement Tender Manager responsible for DACH & NORDICS (CNE) located in Hennigsdorf close to Berlin (Germany), and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

You'll build robust and competitive tender procurement cost. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (particularly the procurement and supply chain/project core teams), coordinate, consolidate and secure Sourcing activities, performance & efficiency on whole Tender.

We'll look to you for:

* Define Tender Procurement strategy, ensuring Procurement Tender governance is robust on preparation & validation (instructions applied, tools & templates used)

* Ensure all elements of the Product line costs are consolidated at each level

* Define the Procurement Cost Reference to take as reference of the Procurement Tender in the portfolio of Product Cost reference prepared off

* Lead commitment reviews with commodities based on the Sourcing commitment sheet, taking into account Commodity Sourcing strategies into the Tender.

* Consolidate the sourcing commitment in tender phase and the preliminary supplier list

* University degree (in purchasing or engineering or project management)

* Experience/understanding of buying and costing

* Commodity sourcing and supplier management skills

* Proactive approach and financial flair

* Exceptional relationship management

* Confidence in persuasion and negotiation.

* Fluent/Advanced in English, Level Advanced in Swedish would be helpful
