Activities

Join our affiliate TotalEnergies AS24 Pologne in Warsaw !
Under the supervision of the Managing Director (MD), you will have the responsibility of in-depth analysis of the business as well as animation and coordination of Marketing and Communication activities of the affiliate.
Your missions will include:
Business analysis and development
Provide support to the MD on Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and business reviews:

* sales and profit analysis, volumes, margins, gap analysis and planning
* competitive intelligence: benchmark AS 24 performance (pricing, product range⋯) vs. local and European competition
* propose and implement action plans to improve market share and customer experience
* coordinate tests and support the launch of new products and digital projects
Sales performance

* Support the Managing Director in the organization of sales meetings (activity reviews ...) and in the preparation of external meetings with Key Accounts and Partners
* Assist the sales team with monthly campaigns (upselling to existing customers, lost customers, prospecting activities) and the deployment of our new products and services (including toll offer)
* Analyse sales performance, design and improve commercial steering tools, consolidate best practices
Digital projects
Under the supervision of the local digital manager, run the projects to digitize the internal processes:

* Technical department: design main specifications, select one or several solutions (and a company to build if needed), drive the implementation, coordinate tests and support the launch
* Affiliate: reorganize document storage and organize migration from local share drive to Office 365 storage
* Other projects to be defined according to priorities and budgets
Marketing & Communication
Under the supervision of the local marketing manager, in coordination with Communication team and Marketing team based in our Nantes HQ, contribute to the different activities:

* Set up and run marketing campaigns (e.g. launch of new toll offer, opening of new stations, new digital service (e.g. IoT, web services, etc.)).
* Ensure follow-up and monitoring of the campaigns Create and implement communication materials for Sales people (e.g. sales pitch, product & services packages, etc.)
* Promote AS24 in Poland in specialised press and digital channels: Websites, LinkedIn, e-mailings, specialized press with the support of the head office communications team
* Organisation of internal and external events
Customer Service support

* Maintaining vehicles and clients' databases and tracking important deadlines/ organising files and databases
* Liaise with clients by email to answer questions or provide information concerning projects using existing macros
* Collect and download documents from the clients.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications :
* University or Engineering Degree or Business School Degree, specialized in Marketing, Business Management with strong interest in data analysis and AI

Technical skills:
* Analytical skills and solution-oriented
* Ability to design solutions and action plans in a multi-cultural environment
* Ability to design and implement solutions and tools

Computing skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Affinity to IT and digital tools (Excel, PowerBi, Power Apps, IA)

Languages:
* English: level C1
* French: level B2
* Polish : level A1 / beginner (optional)
