Job Description:

Responsibilities:
* Assist in the analysis of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
* Participate in time studies and ergonomic assessments to optimize workstation layouts and improve productivity.
* Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve process-related issues.
* Collect and analyze data to track process performance and identify trends.
* Assist in the training of production personnel on new processes and procedures.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of production control systems.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
