Your mission

Apoiar a comprador responsável pela categoria de Indiretos, auxiliando na gestão de despesas operacionais (OPEX) e investimentos em ativos (CAPEX). Suas tarefas incluem:
* Suporte Administrativo: Auxiliar na abertura e acompanhamento de Requisições, analisar e criticar as requisições recebidas .
* Gestão de Fornecedores: Apoiar o cadastro de novos parceiros e organizar a documentação necessária para o compliance.
* Negociação: Realizar negociações de escopos de baixa complexidade baseado nos conceitos de TCO(Total cost of ownership)
* Análise de Dados: Analisar proposta comerciais, montar matriz de decisão, alimentar planilhas de controle de gastos e ajudar na elaboração de relatórios de saving (economia).
* Interface Interna: Apoiar o contato entre o time de Compras e as áreas solicitantes (Produção, RH, TI, Engenharia, etc.).

* Ensino médio completo ou cursando graduação na área de Administração, Economia, ou áreas relacionadas;
* Proatividade;

* Residir em Areal ou Três Rios-RJ.
