​This position requires shift duty.
Typical shift hour: Morning shift (8:00am to 5:30pm) ; Afternoon shift (1:30pm to 11:30pm) ; Overnight shift (10:45pm to 8:15am).

Responsibilities:

* Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of building and architectural elements, such as painting, plaster work, carpenter, welding and other relevant trades

Basic Qualifications:

* Certificate in Building & Architectural OR recognized apprenticeship OR equivalent
* At least 2 years of relevant experience
* Shift duties are required
* Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Driving license of category 1 or 2 is preferred

Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
