Sous la responsabilité de son tuteur, l'apprenti(e) en polissage apprend progressivement les techniques de polissage en atelier. Il/elle participe aux opérations de préparation et de polissage des pièces selon son niveau de progression, contrôle la qualité de son travail et respecte les exigences de qualité, de sécurité et les standards de la Maison
