Job Description

You are joining our team within the Global Market Operations department, which is looking for a Back Office Manager for a 1-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring projects with formalization of meeting minutes and dashboard tracking;
* Participating in the optimization of procedures and the monitoring and resolution of operations in the interface systems between Front Office and Back Office;
* Monitoring reconciliations and reporting of operations between Front Office and Back Office systems;
* Contributing to the project for improving the confirmation retrieval process via the new GEIDE and updating confirmation templates.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at BAC+3/4/5 level, you are pursuing a university or business school degree with a specialization in market finance. You have a good knowledge of derivative products. You possess good interpersonal skills, a client-oriented mindset, and you enjoy teamwork. And last but not least, you are fluent in English.
