Job Description

You are joining our Liquidity Solutions team within the TSO-Treasury Solutions Operations department, which is looking for a Client Support Officer, for an alternation of 2 years from September 2026.
The Liquidity Solutions department is composed of 9 employees, who are in charge of the cash pooling activity for CIB and BPCE clients.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

* Implementation of cash pooling contracts;
* Cash Pooling investigation request processing;
* Cash Pooling Claims Processing;
* Regularization of incidents;
* Respond to Groupe BPCE's customer requests.
