Your Environment:
You will join the HR Tech team responsible for supporting the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Our mission is to assist users with the maintenance and evolution of administrative management and compensation tools.
Within the HR Tech team, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, ensuring the smooth daily operation of our HR tools.
Your Responsibilities:
* Support & Resolution (Core Role): Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support requests from employees, managers, and HR. Diagnose issues and coordinate their resolution with technical teams.
* User Support & Enablement: Draft and update user guides and FAQs, and lead training or onboarding sessions to help users get up to speed with the tools.
* Continuous Improvement & Projects: Escalate recurring issues to Business Owners to optimize the tools, participate in testing phases (User Acceptance Testing/UAT), and monitor support performance KPIs (SLAs, satisfaction).
🛠 Your Skills:
* HRIS Culture: A strong interest in digital HR tools.
* Office Suite: Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables for data analysis) and PowerPoint (to create visual training materials).
* English: Professional working proficiency, both written and spoken, to interact with international stakeholders.
* A Plus: Basic knowledge of payroll, HR administrative management.
🎓 Your Profile:
* Education: Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree (M1/M2 from a University or Business/Engineering School) specialized in Information Systems, Digital Project Management, or Human Resources with a strong affinity for IT.
* Soft Skills: Customer service mindset, strong pedagogical/teaching skills, highly organized and rigorous, with excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
* Experience: A previous internship or academic project in IT or HR is considered a plus.
