The Engagement team aims to create a personalised & trusted relationship with users through their customer journey, by curating tailored experiences and guiding them with relevant content across our owned channels (Merch & CRM), in order to boost engagement and become the destination to buy, sell or recycle electronics devices.

As a CRM apprentice (Customer Experience), you will support the CRM efforts with a focus on ad-hoc campaigns at Global Level, with a focus on France, US, Spain, Germany, United Kingdom & Japan. CRM is responsible for delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right moment, through different channels like emails, push notifications and in-apps.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

* Support the creation of the CRM animation plan in accordance with the objectives for the markets.
* Support the campaign creation effort in our CRM tool Braze, working closely with our brand managers and copywriters.
* Help to implement campaigns on various CRM channels (email, push notifications, in-app).
* Analyze our campaign's results and provide recommendations to the team.
* Support the evolution of our transversal projects (lifecycle email optimizations).

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

* Looking for a 12-month apprenticeship
* English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability). If you're extra cool and speak Spanish or German, bonus points for you!
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* You are creative, you have an experimentation and testing mindset
* You can work independently and take initiative in projects
* You have a previous experience in marketing, a big plus if it was in CRM
* If you have basic html knowledge and you've already used a CRM campaign management tool: big plus!

ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIPℹ️

* Starting date: September 2026
* Duration: 12 months
* Location: Bordeaux France
* Contract: You must already be enrolled in a work-study program in a French school (contrat d'alternance / d'apprentissage)
