YOUR ROLE

You are responsible for monitoring, recording, and tracking the department's expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with payment deadlines.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

* Register supplier invoices in DIGIDOC

* Maintain and update an expense tracking file (Excel), consolidating all departmental expenses retrieved from DIGIDOC and C-MONA, in close collaboration with your tutor

* Ensure supplier payment deadlines are met and follow up on outstanding payments, in direct liaison with the Accounting department

* Retrieve corporate credit card data from C&GO and record transactions in the expense tracking file

* Register work-related quotations in C-MONA, working alongside your tutor

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

* Degree or ongoing studies in Accounting or Finance.

* Strong proficiency in IT and office tools, with a solid command of Excel.

* Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities.

* Open-minded, proactive, and with good interpersonal communication skills.

* Operational level of English (written and spoken).
