The Aerosafety Division (DASY) develops a wide range of inflatable systems (evacuation slides, helicopter emergency flotation systems, life rafts and life vests) for commercial and military aircraft, as well as oxygen systems for pilots and passengers.
At Safran Aerosystems, you will join the Oxygen Systems Europe activities, a world leader in aircraft oxygen distribution systems. Oxygen Systems Europe designs, manufactures, and maintains a full range of oxygen masks, boxes, and distribution systems for both civil and military applications, serving international customers.
As a part of your activities, you will :
Take responsibility for consolidating Export Control and Customs data for purchased products: contacting suppliers and collecting data, reviewing and validating this data with the Export Control/Customs Manager, updating the ERP system, and providing weekly KPI-based reporting to management.
Actively participate in Project Purchasing activities as part of New Product Development by:
o Identifying and sourcing new suppliers as needed
o Preparing RFQs in coordination with the Project Buyer and ensuring proper follow-up with suppliers through to final selection
o Preparing offer summaries and analyses, and supporting the Supplier Selection Committee
o Updating ERP data following supplier selection and validation of the agreed commercial terms

Proactive and curious, with a strong interest in technical matters (reading technical drawings, and engaging in technical and economic discussions with suppliers).
Master's degree (Bac+5) in a postgraduate procurement/supply chain program, ideally with first experience in industrial purchasing.
Fluent English level required.
