Job Description:
Purpose
The Apprentice - General Surgical Sales role focuses on driving account-level sales (70%) and supporting regional execution priorities (30%), while building strong sales and business fundamentals.
Major Responsibilities
1. Sales Ownership (70%)
- Manage ~20-25 Check-In accounts
- Drive sales, relationships, conversions
- Execute calls, demos, OT support
- CRM discipline and compliance
2. Regional Priorities (30%)
- Support RBM priorities
- Data analytics and insights
1) Inventory Management & check on regular checks of stocks across branches
2) Lead Generation with in his 25-30 Acc , RCS execution & Adv the phaco execution
3) Minutes of the Meeting of the QBR- Follow up & closure around it
3. Sales Process & Compliance
- CRM/Salesforce reporting
- SOP adherence
- RCPA and analytics
4. Learning & Development
- Product and clinical knowledge
- Sales capability building
Key KPIs
Sales performance, account growth, call productivity, execution of regional priorities, CRM compliance
