Marsh Risk, leader in brokerage and risk consulting, is looking for a Junior Client Executive to join the MMB team through our Professional Graduate Programme. This role will be based in Mantua. This is a hybrid role

The Mercer Marsh Risk benefits (MMB) team provides clients with a wide range of services in benefits consulting, corporate welfare, insurance brokerage and digital solutions - all designed to improve the benefits experience for the clients' most valuable asset: their people.

We will count on you to:
* Identify and agree on strategies for clients' risk management, risk financing, and insurance needs and objectives;
* Advise on employee benefits plans: design and optimise corporate welfare programmes, complementary health insurance, life, accident and disability policies, and pension plans;
* Coordinate the renewal process: collect data, prepare technical materials for the market, schedule timings and monitor deadlines;
* Manage insurance contracts, portfolio expiry dates, and delivery of documentation to clients and insurers;
* Write and review contractual and technical policy documentation (terms and conditions, coverage specifications, certificates);
* Act as daily interface with clients to provide advice, explain offers, recommend solutions, respond to technical inquiries and handle change requests.

What you need to have:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in law, economics or related fields;
* Good command of english;
* Good knowledge and proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint) and main it tools;
* Previous experience in the insurance sector will be considered a plus.

What we offer
* The position is offered on an apprenticeship.
* We propose a gross annual salary starting from EUR 28.000 for a full-time position.
* The national collective bargaining agreement (NCBA) applied is "Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi".
