Job Description:

For our department Talent Attraction within Human Resources department, we are looking for a (an):

Internship Talent Attraction (m/f/x)

Main duties:

* Assist with pre-screen candidates and manage database accordingly
* Support the elaboration of sourcing solutions
* Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed: interviews scheduling, recruitment events research, database management, job postings, interview scheduling, candidates files preparation, etc.
* Organize and attend job fairs and HR related events

Required profile:

* You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources and looking for an apprenticeship of 1 year minimum;
* Excellent communication skills, ability to speak with a wide variety of individuals
* High level of integrity with regard to the confidential nature of the position
* Priorities management
* Ability to handle tight deadlines and multi-tasking
* Ability to effectively use Office pack
* Be accurate, detail oriented and quality driven
* Excellent communication skills in English and French is mandatory (oral and written), Luxemburgish and German considered as an asset.
