Warranty Trainee

* Analyze customer returns to determine the root cause of failure for each individual unit.
* Perform required product testing in accordance with company systems (Visual Inspection, X-RAY, functional testing, etc.) and complete the failure analysis reports.
* Collect analysis data and evidence (images, measurements, and data) related to customer return units.
* Coordinate with the Warranty Engineer if defective components are found to determine repair viability. Maintain a log for every unit entering the warranty process, manage them in inventory, and document the total number of affected units.
* Assess repairability for solder or component defects; perform PCB repairs while ensuring compliance with product quality guidelines. Report any process-related issues encountered during daily activities to contribute to continuous improvement.
* Maintain a registry of all units entering the Analysis area and manage their disposition (Scrap or Retest) using the formats specified for the process.
* Determine material disposition and deliver units to the corresponding department following analysis.
* Exercise Stop-Work Authority over any process where a non-conformity is detected that affects product quality or the environment.
