Due to the development of John Deere Training Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:​

Training Coordination Apprentice

Tarnowo Podgórne, Poland

Your responsibilities:​

* Supporting daily work within the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors)

* Preparing reports in MS Excel

* Assisting in preparation and organisation of the training season

* Supporting the training invoicing process

* International collaboration, communication with colleagues and partners across European branches

* Based on your profile and interest- participating in additional projects and activities in Training Centre

Our requirements:

* Good communicator in English (minimum B2)

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel

* Open mindset, readiness to learn and develop new skills

* Good time management and strong sense of responsibility

* Strong interpersonal skills (open to build and maintain effective relationships)

* Attention to details

* Minimum experience or willingness to learn about modern AI tools

* Openness to learning MS Office Tools and working with workflow systems

* Your can do and want to learn attitude is all you need - We will teach you the rest!
