Apprentice - Production (September 2026 start)

Job Description:

The apprentice will learn the fundamental knowledge required to work in a protective coatings manufacturing environment and equip them on their career path to become a proactive and innovative member of the operations team. The role will cover involvement in project work, production, milling, filling, labelling, dispatch and goods in and suggesting further improvements for work. The apprentice will learn the basics of operations, how the coatings are made and developed and tested, and the process for delivery to the market place. Working amongst a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable individuals, their operational knowledge will grow exponentially over the course of the apprenticeship

Candidate Requirements:

Formal Education:
GCSE English language C or 4 or above
GCSE Maths C or 4 or above
