* Interface between the customer and our central logistics organisation in all aspects, (i.e. replenishment, transport, and warehouse).
* Proactive tracking and monitoring of customer orders and delivery dates with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Implementation, follow-up and project management of Solutions for customer requirements.
* Management of automated 2-Way Electronic Data Interchange between Bosch and Customers, (i.e. Orders, Confirmations, etc.).
* Close coordination and collaboration with the sales team.
* Monitoring stock levels, proactive follow-up of discrepancies.
* Creation and analysis of KPIs and definition of corrective measures.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Supply Chain; * Process improvements using Digitalization and Automation tools.
* Deriving recommendations for action using data analysis/interpretations (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
* Education (Bachelor/ Master) in Supply Chain or Related Field.
* Eager to learn about AI, Automation Tools, Digitalisation and Data.
* Customer Oriented and Passionate about Customer Service.
* Structured and organised, with the ability to communicate at several hierarchy levels.
* Negotiation and Presentation skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
* Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills
* Able to Multitask and be Flexible.
* Able to Travel Domestically and Internationally where needed.
* Interest in Engineering, Innovation and / or the Automotive Industry is beneficial.
* Knowledge of SAP, Power App.s, and previous Supply Chain experience is desirable
