Job Description:

What are your contributions to the team?

* Must be committed to results and maintaining a clean work area, work in a team environment, take direction and demonstrate continuous improvement.
* Must be able to follow directions from their leadman and supervisor and communicate immediately when an issue or question arises.

How to thrive in this role?

* Must have G.E.D. or Equivalent
* Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an aircraft assembler or experience in manufacturing, or in a similar industry that demonstrates the following skillsets:
* Drilling close tolerance holes and installation of manufacturing hardware
* Use of power tools (pneumatic and electric, including drills, rivet guns, torquing wrenches, etc.).
* Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. 
* Must successfully complete approved Bombardier initial training program (Bombardier Aviation Apprenticeship Program)
* Must successfully pass an entrance assessment demonstrating basic technical skills (applicable to all the above prerequisites)
