Are you a recent graduate or a young professional looking to build a meaningful career? Zurich Insurance Benelux invites you to join our Insurance Traineeship program: a 16-month program designed to help you grow into a future insurance professional through hands-on experience, learning on the job, and close collaboration with various teams and departments. As insurance trainee at Zurich Benelux, you will become part of a home team while also getting the chance to rotate to 2 other host teams to gain a better understanding of our business.

This program offers a strong focus on practical learning and deep integration with our business, allowing you to build expertise while really making an impact.

The traineeship programme at a glance

* 16-month structured program (via an open-end contract)

* Start in September 2026

* Fully based out of our Belgian office in Zaventem

* Combination of home team and host team rotations

* Preparation for a long-term (junior) role within Zurich Benelux

Program structure

* Home team (6 months)
You start in a Home Team where you take on core responsibilities and build a solid foundation. This is also the team you will return to after completing the program.

* 2 host team rotations of 5 months each
The host team rotations are designed to broaden your perspective by exposing you to different sides of our business. You will work on hands-on, value-adding assignments, develop new skills, and gain deeper business insight.

* January 2028
You return to your home team, ready to start in a junior role with a strong foundation of experience.

You bring:

* 0-2 years of work experience or a strong motivation to start a new career path

* Fluency in Dutch and English (non-negotiable)

* You reside in Belgium (or you are planning your return in the upcoming months)

* A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn

* Interest in insurance, business, and personal development
