💼 What you'll do

As a Public Services Junior Consultant, you will work on challenging projects at the intersection of business and IT, supporting public sector organizations such as EU institutions and Belgian governmental bodies.
You will:
* 🧠 Advise clients on IT strategy, AI, cloud and digital transformation
* 🏗️ Contribute to the implementation of large-scale IT systems with high societal impact
* 🤝 Work in driven, multidisciplinary teams alongside experienced consultants
* 🌐 Leverage Accenture's global knowledge network and proven methodologies
* 📍 Operate from our Brussels office or directly at the client site

Projects can range from short strategic assignments to multi-year delivery programs impacting millions of citizens across Europe.

🎓 What we're looking for

✅ Education

* Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field

✅ Experience & eligibility

* EU citizenship (required for public sector projects)
* First professional experience or strong academic exposure to IT / digital topics

✅ Skills

* Strong analytical mindset
* Ability to structure problems and translate them into clear insights
* Interest in AI, cloud, IT strategy and digital transformation
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Professional proficiency in English, plus French or Dutch

✅ Mindset

* Curious, quick learner and adaptable
* Comfortable working in complex environments
* Motivated to create public value through technology
* Team-oriented, proactive and eager to grow
