Important information:
* This is a hybrid role based out of SAP Vancouver office, working in-office with the team 3 days per week.
* Candidates in Canada must be legally entitled to work in Canada at the time of application. This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization (e.g., LMIA or other immigration support)
What you'll build
This role focuses on helping support engineers understand and adapt to ongoing organizational changes, new processes, and evolving ways of working. You will play a key role in translating complex business and organizational updates into clear, practical guidance that enables teams to deliver consistent, high-quality customer support.
* Translate organizational and process changes into simple, actionable guidance for support engineers
* Help communicate updates to workflows, policies, and tools that impact daily support operations
* Partner with teams across Support, Development, Operations, and Leadership to ensure alignment and clarity
* Participate as a contributing member of the leadership team by preparing discussion topics, sharing updates, capturing decisions, and following through on agreed actions
* Support communication planning and delivery for organizational updates and new initiatives
* Identify and help reduce confusion during organizational or process changes
* Reinforce key messages to ensure teams understand and adopt new ways of working
## What you bring
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, technology, or a related field
* Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
* Demonstrated ability to create clear, engaging communication materials, including:
* PowerPoint presentations
* Wiki pages / knowledge articles
* Blog-style updates and internal communications
* Other communication and content delivery formats
* Foundational knowledge or interest in change management practices, such as:
* Understanding of change management concepts or frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, stakeholder communication, change adoption principles)
* Relevant coursework, certification, or training (e.g., Prosci, organizational change, project/change management fundamentals) is a plus
* Ability to collaborate across teams and work in a fast-changing environment
* Comfort working with leaders and leadership teams, including preparing concise updates, listening openly to different perspectives, and helping align messages across stakeholder groups
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Internship or experience in communications, project management, or operations
* Exposure to technical support, IT, or platform-based environments

The targeted combined range for this position is 46100-95200CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
