Over two outstanding years, you will go through three goal-oriented assignments, where you'll quickly acquire a broad knowledge, experience our business from different perspectives and gain a deep understanding of Global Business Services in particular. During the assignment abroad at one of our 1,700 worldwide locations, you will improve your intercultural competence and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

* 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard

You´ll win us over by:
* An excellent Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree or equivalent in one of the followig fields:Information Technology, Computer Science, Management and Technology, Industrial Engineering with an IT focus, Digital Business Management, Business Informatics

* Significant practical work experience gained through internships, working student positions, or similar roles
* Understanding of Data Products, Data Mesh, or Context Engineering concepts is an advantage
* Confident using AI assistants to accelerate development tasks
* Initial experience in product management and agile ways of working
* Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* A minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying and / or working abroad
* Fluency in English, German is a plus
* Flexibility and mobility within the program duration
