As a Supply Chain Order Processing Graduate, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and customer satisfaction within the Consumer Business Supply Chain (CBSC). You will be responsible for the accurate and timely resolution of CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) order fallouts from the VRD (Verizon Rapid Delivery) system and the efficient processing of customer orders across various channels. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service activation, adhering to established processes and service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining customer satisfaction by facilitating efficient order fulfilment, resolving provisioning-related issues, resolving escalations, and driving continuous improvement within the order provisioning function.

What you'll be doing...
* Processing and managing customer order fallouts for CPE services from order placement to service activation, validating details, and entering information into relevant provisioning systems.
* Tracking order progress, prioritizing queues to meet established SLAs, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Liaising with internal departments and collaborating with technical teams to coordinate provisioning activities and resolve service delivery issues.
* Ensuring necessary resources are available, performing system checks, and troubleshooting provisioning-related problems.
* Maintaining accurate records, documenting provisioning workflows, and generating reports on order status and performance metrics.
* Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, participating in implementation projects, and contributing to best practices for order provisioning.
* Leveraging Google AI tools actively (including Google Apps Scripts, customized Gemini Gems, and NotebookLM) to accelerate daily process improvements.

What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
* Recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, business information systems (BIS), or related field.
* Internship experience in a business or related field and / or a project portfolio that supports
* Experience in ERP applications, Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a strong attention to detail and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
* Master's degree or related work experience.
* Experience with SAP applications.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent administrative skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
* Exposure to enterprise software or related enterprise systems (ERP's).
* Demonstrated strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated independent thinking, relationship and project management, and attention to detail.
* Analytical and leadership skills.
