* Process Simulation and Modeling
* Statistical Process Control (SPC)
* Lean Manufacturing Principles
* Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer
* Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)
* Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Software Proficiency
* Control Systems and Automation
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across various departments.
* Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Internship experience in a related field is a plus.
* Knowledge of
* Six Sigma
* CAD (Solidwork/ Creo Modeling)
* PLC
* Experience with :
* Minitab/JMP
* Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk
* SQL
