What's the role?
​​Join Hilti's Cyber Security Career Starter Program: a one-year, full-time career development program designed for recent graduates. Gain hands-on experience through preplanned job rotations aligned to your future role, supported by technical training and personal coaching. This program prepares you for a permanent cybersecurity position within Hilti, enabling you to grow your career in a global organization.​

* Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
* No more than two years' working experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships).
* Passionate about building a cybersecurity career.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
