Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd is looking for a recently qualified graduate to be mentored in Customer Supply Chain consultancy within the Mobility Aftermarket. The successful candidate will be mentored in the following areas:
* Managing customer orders: entry and follow-up (local and export)
* Handling and respond to all customer requests
* Follow up back-orders and produce status reports
* Automotive telephone sales
* Handling very low-level technical enquiries on parts availability
* Manage goods return process and credit requests
* Support sales and marketing in promotional activity
* Data management (including electronic orders)
* Handle technical queries appropriately, including part number interpretation
* Support supply chain consultants with Admin functions
* Retrieve and communicate POD's for all orders delivered

* Degree in supply chain / logistics or related field
