The Global Data & AI Graduate Career Program is now entering its next intake, building on the success of previous cohorts. It offers early-career talent the opportunity to join a proven and evolving program that combines structured learning, hands-on experience, and exposure to real-world global business challenges.
As part of the 2026 intake, we offer a range of specialized graduate tracks including AI Enablement & Community, Application / Full-Stack Development, Data Engineering, Data Science / Machine Learning, DevOps, Integration / API Engineering, and UX/UI Design. Each role contributes to building innovative, data-driven, and scalable digital solutions within a truly global and agile environment.

Your role
As an AI Enablement & Community Trainee, you will support the enterprise-wide adoption of AI by helping colleagues learn, understand, and use AI tools safely and effectively in their daily work. You will contribute to AI literacy and enablement initiatives by supporting the creation of learning materials, playbooks, and communications, while helping to build engagement within a global AI community.
In this role, you will work closely with experienced team members and cross-functional stakeholders such as HR, IT, Legal, and Security to support rollouts, training activities, and governance-related initiatives. You will help coordinate community events, maintain enablement resources, and assist in gathering feedback and basic adoption insights to improve learning and engagement.
You will also gain exposure to how large-scale AI enablement programs are delivered in a global enterprise environment, including responsible AI practices, governance frameworks, and citizen development support. This role offers a strong learning opportunity to develop skills in communication, AI adoption, stakeholder coordination, and digital transformation within a collaborative and fast-evolving environment.
About you
You should have:
* A Master's degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Cybersecurity, UX/UI Design, or similar)
* Graduation no later than 31 July 2026
* Maximum 2 years of prior professional experience in a similar role
* Availability to start full-time in September 2026
Eligibility requirements:
* EU citizenship is required (we do not offer visa sponsorship)
* For candidates based in Spain, employment will be under a local Spanish contract
* For eligible candidates outside of Spain, employment may be arranged via the VIE program (subject to Business France eligibility rules)
* Candidates must not have previously completed a VIE assignment
* Age must be under 29 at the time of hiring
* Willingness to relocate to Barcelona (Poblenou)
