About the team The Supply Chain and Logistics team is vital in ensuring a robust, efficient infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global connection. They provide planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency. We are seeking a highly motivated product manager intern to support our Fulfillment Experience team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to ongoing operational projects, system improvements, and launch readiness initiatives across Europe. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and interest in supply chain solutions, project coordination, and testing. Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume. Responsibilities - Responsible for logistics fulfillment experience products, including delivery time estimation, package trajectory, etc., using product approach to establish end-to-end solution from problem discovery to processing and resolution. - Through daily data monitoring and feedback analysis, define core indicators and directions, and implement corresponding product solutions, including but not limited to product strategy, function design, requirement documents, application and implementation of algorithm models, etc. - Summarize and generalize common rules and logic from real problem analysis, and link logistics operations, governance, industry, algorithms and parallel products to implement experience assurance and coordination mechanisms - Conduct competitive and market research, deeply understand consumer characteristics and demands, build a complete logistics fulfillment experience product system for new launched markets, and continuously iterate and optimize the countries that have been launched

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: - Final year or recent graduate in with Masters or Bachelors and a background in Computer Science, Design, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, equivalent Science/technical field, or related discipline - Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills, excellent English skills and can use it as a working language, and a study abroad background is a bonus. - Possess excellent data insight and goal drive, and be able to use data to drive product demand discovery, improvement and perfection. - Good at learning and absorbing new things, strong self-motivation, result-oriented, and dare to break through and innovate in the face of complex problems. Preferred Qualification: - Internship experience in logistics and cross-border e-commerce are preferred.
