Job Summary**

As a Process Trainee at Valeo Systèmes Thermiques, you will undergo comprehensive training to understand and contribute to various manufacturing processes, focusing on optimizing efficiency, quality, and safety within our production environment.

Job Responsibilities**

* Participate in structured training programs to learn about production processes, equipment operation, and quality control procedures.
* Assist senior engineers and technicians in monitoring and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement.
* Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
* Contribute to problem-solving initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for process deviations.
* Learn and adhere to all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
* Document process parameters, operational procedures, and training progress accurately.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and achieve operational targets.
* Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on machinery under supervision.

Job Qualifications**

* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) or a relevant technical diploma.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards acquiring new technical knowledge.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
