Job Description:
As a Talent Acquisition & HR Intern, your primary mission will be to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across the Benelux scope. Additionally, you will be involved in local HR Talent Management projects. Based in Zaventem, you will be integrated into our TA Center of Expertise (CoE) for the EAMEI (Europe, Africa, Middle East, India) region and collaborate with local stakeholders in our Benelux scope (HR team, Hiring managers, ..)
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As a key contributor focused on both operational excellence and innovation, your core responsibilities are structured as follows: I. Core Talent Acquisition Operations Sourcing Strategy & Execution: Actively develop and execute direct sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. You will master various channels to build talent pipelines, with a practical focus on the Benelux market. Recruitment Process Conductor: Manage the candidate lifecycle from initial contact through to the offer stage. You will ensure a standardized, seamless, and efficient recruitment process in close collaboration with HR Business Partners across the Benelux. Candidate Experience Ambassador: Be the primary point of contact for candidates, managing communication and ensuring a professional, engaging, and memorable candidate journey that aligns with our global employer brand. AI Process optimization: Assist in the implementation and deployment of new AI-assisted recruitment systems and automation tools. II. Campus Recruitment Management Campus relationship management & marketing: Coordinate career fair registrations and ensure all marketing materials are available. Campus Ambassador Liaison: Identify key ambassadors to join during campus events. III. Talent Management projects Absenteeism & Workforce Wellness: Conduct a comprehensive analysis and implement new legislation on the policies of reintegration of employees in sick leave. Investigate on psycho-social risks of absenteeism and propose employee wellness incentives. Talent Management: Support the HR team in auditing the current organizational talent map and propose enhancements for our internal talent pipeline

Experience & Education: Enrolled in a Master's degree (or equivalent 5 years of higher education) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. ● Proactive Ownership: Eager to learn with a self-starting mindset and the drive to deliver high quality candidate and hiring manager experiences. ● Stakeholder Influence: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization. ● Analytical Interest: Demonstrated interest in learning to work with digital tools (AI, Linkedin Recruiter, ATS system, Google suite, ...) ● English & Dutch fluency are mandatory, French professional proficiency is a strong plus.
