Job Description:

HR Change & Experience Intern
3-6 months, flexible depending on university requirements

What you will do

* Develop a collaborative HR platform for Business Evolutions, using SharePoint as the main environment.

* Improve the stakeholder experience by making information easier to find, understand and use.

* Create clear navigation, page structures and content flows for different stakeholder groups.

* Organise templates, documents, FAQs, process guidance and communication materials.

* Build practical toolkits that support managers, HRBPs, employees and the Job-to-Job team.

* Gather stakeholder input and feedback to continuously improve the platform and materials.
Expected deliverables

Collaborative platform

A SharePoint-based platform with clear pages, navigation and collaboration spaces.

Stakeholder experience flow

A structured overview of what each stakeholder needs throughout the Business Evolution process.

Communication & guidance toolkit

Templates, FAQs, guidance pages and practical communication materials.

Content structure

Organised document libraries, content categories and ownership recommendations.

Improvement roadmap

Recommendations to further improve the platform, content and stakeholder experience.
