As an Intern in the Shopper & Customer Marketing Team, you will promote and contribute to the development of the Market Share of the Eucerin & Hansaplast brands in the Belgian market while working with marketing, supply and sales teams. We are searching for someone who can start in May, June or July.
Your main responsibilities will consist of:
Assisting the Point of Sales Excellence Manager (Trade Marketing):
* Assist in the creation and coordination of promotional materials, including displays, top cards, and in-store advertising.
* Coordinate with external design agencies to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
* Support the creation and validation of merchandising plans and the composition of promotional displays.
* Develop visual simulations of in-store displays
* Participate in regular store checks to monitor competitor activity, assess in-store execution, and identify best practices.
Assisting the Category Manager:
* Update and maintain category management tools to track assortments and innovation launches (Excel).
* Assist in the preparation of attractive and relevant sell-in presentations for retailers and sales field team (PowerPoint).
* Contribute to planogram and shelf space analyses to assess assortment performance and shelf allocation.
* Analyze planograms received from retailers (Share of Assortment, Share of Shelf) and support the follow-up of implementation of category recommendations.
* Help identify key changes in assortments and shelf layouts and support reporting and communication to internal stakeholders.
* Participate in ad hoc analyses and category management projects, such as assortment optimization, shelf recommendations, and market analyses using Nielsen & IQVIA data.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate we are looking for:
* Full time available (5 days per week) as of now and at least for a period of 6 months.
* Is currently in his/her Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Marketing / Business / Economics;
* Has excellent creative abilities and attention to detail;
* Is fascinated by the FMCG universe and cosmetics industry;
* Demonstrates good team spirit and communication skills;
* Has very good working skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
* Well organized, structured and objective
* Has very good language skills ( French & English OR Dutch & English );
