✨ About the Role: As an Analyst Intern with the Board & CEO practice in our Brussels office, you'll play a vital role in supporting our impactful work. You will:

* Analyze board composition and governance of publicly listed companies.
* Research corporate governance trends, executive compensation, and regulatory updates in Belgium.
* Work on the Belgium Board Index, Spencer Stuart's flagship publication, providing data-driven insights and identifying key trends.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the EMEA region on data analysis and industry research.
* Support search engagements and business development initiatives with sharp, well-crafted industry and functional analysis.

🛠️ What We're Looking For:

* A Master's degree student with strong academic performance.
* Solid experience using Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
* A knack for analyzing and synthesizing data into clear, impactful insights.
* Fluent English & Dutch skills, both spoken and written required.
* Must be based in Brussels and present in office.
* Bonus: Familiarity with Corporate Governance and Corporate Law.
