We are looking for an Intern to join our Fund Administration team. In this role, you will:

* support daily operational routines related to the reconciliation of assets held in custody at Cetip, Selic and B3
* assist with follow-ups with external custodians, administrators and fund managers, as well as support internal stakeholders
* assist in the preparation and monitoring of daily asset reconciliation follow-up reports
* contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Fund Administration area.
* support activities related to internal and external audits

Your team

You will be working in the Funds Administration team based in São Paulo.

The team is responsible for asset reconciliation activities and operates in a collaborative, detail-oriented and quality-focused environment, with strong exposure to fund operations and market infrastructure.

Your expertise

* currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields
* Interest in Fund Administration and operational activities
* basic knowledge or strong interest in investment fund operations, including asset reconciliation and fund-related events
* basic knowledge of, or interest in, financial products
* interest in learning about the Brazilian regulatory and market environment (CVM, Anbima and B3).
* strong organizational skills, attention to detail and an analytical mindset
* ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team
* availability to work on-site in São Paulo
