About the Team:
Our team is committed to create an excellent intern experience to attract and retain the best talents! The SAP Internship Experience Program team is a global team with members in eight countries across all regions. We work together to strengthen the intern pool, promote the intern pipeline, promote SAP, and enhance alumni relations engagement. We strongly have culture of collaboration, project-driven experience.
What you'll you do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Internship Experience Program Representative
Location: São Leopoldo, Brasil
Expected Start Date:
In this role you'll:
* Have the ability to make new connections across SAP organization regionally and globally;
* Have the ability to be self-managed and drive to good-quality outcomes;
* Bring a new point of view, thinking out of the box and coming out with creative innovative solutions;
* Support overseeing +470 interns experience across LAC (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru);
* Plan and deliver intern activities and events together with the Program Lead
* Execute operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the program, maintaining accurate and up to date data;
* Work on project-based tasks from end-to-end.;
* Work closely with the Intern Committee & support their development;
* Provide orientation and engagement opportunities for the intern community in LAC;
* Analyze local feedback from Interns to continuously improve the program;
* Work in collaboration with local program lead and global, virtual SAP iXp team;
* Deliver on-site session & increase engagement in the respective location;
* Work closely with the Talent Discovery team and other SAP stakeholders
What you bring:
* Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Passionate and motivated to work with interns,
* Interested in learning & development and event management;
* Fluent in English (speaking & written)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good presentation & public speaking skills
* Be open-minded to collaborate across different levels and cultures
* Good in project management skills & data analysis
