Middle Office Funds Intern - Global Wealth Management

Your role

Are you interested in being part of a team that manages the entire operational lifecycle of products traded by investment funds administered by UBS?

We are looking for an intern to join our Middle Office Funds team who will:

* support the oversight of onshore investment fund trades, including performing financial reconciliation routines
* pre-match and transmit settlement files to domestic custodians across equity, futures, stock loan, and fixed income markets
* analyze and resolve discrepancies with domestic managers and counterparties
* monitor and evaluate the impact of dissent, subscriptions, IPOs, and follow-on events (Corporate Actions)
* execute cash control processes for funds engaged in equity, futures, and stock loan transactions

Your expertise

* currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, with expected graduation in December 2027 or later
* intermediate to advanced excel desirable
* intermediate to advanced English desirable
* strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* ability to work collaboratively across functions and foster an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives.
* genuine interest in financial markets and investment products
* demonstrated ability to analyze problems, make decisions, plan effectively, communicate clearly, and deliver results while working as part of a team
