Job Description

The Project Management Intern within FactSet's Advisory Managed Services organization will support the delivery and coordination of ongoing client services and internal initiatives for institutional Buy-Side clients. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to project management fundamentals in a real-world, client-facing environment, while working closely with experienced Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

The role offers a unique opportunity to understand how structured project management disciplines are applied within a continuous Managed Services model, supporting operational excellence, client satisfaction, and service scalability.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Gain working knowledge of FactSet products, Managed Services offerings, and internal delivery processes.

*

Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

*

Assist in maintaining project documentation such as status updates, action logs, risk trackers, and meeting notes.

*

Help track project milestones, dependencies, and follow-ups across internal teams.

*

Participate in client and internal meetings, preparing agendas and summaries as needed.

*

Support the preparation of client-facing materials, including progress updates, KPIs, and service metrics.

*

Collaborate with stakeholders across Managed Services, Professional Services, Operations, and Account Management.

*

Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documentation of best practices, and workflow optimization.
