Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically with private, corporate and institutional clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Wealth Management Switzerland team.

You'll get to

* build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy
* support our client advisors in their day-to-day work with a goal of increasing client satisfaction
* coordinate projects with various stakeholders and acquire know-how in project management and business development

Your team

You'll be working in the Executives and Entrepreneurs team in Berne. The Client Advisors are located in different branches all over the canton of Berne, with a hub in Berne city. We are an open, very experienced and focused team. Our core clients are wealthy private individuals with an entrepreneurial background. We are looking forward to gaining new impulses and perceive your passion while working with you.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who

* has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* has an excellent command of German

We're looking for someone who's curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it's important to have an interest in the financial industry.
