The opportunity
We are hiring into our People Consulting - Workforce Advisory group in Vancouver. The Workforce Advisory team works with clients to harness their people agenda, as part of an integrated business strategy, to transform and grow their organization. We do this through addressing the human challenges organizations face in complex transformations, aligning organizational models to strategic objectives, developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent, and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout an organization to make a long-term, sustainable and measurable impact. As we are client facing, we expect our staff to demonstrate professionalism and competence in the client's environment. To maintain a strong client focus, be responsive to client requests, and to develop/maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. Staff should be informed of current business/economic developments relevant to the client's business and collaborate with team members to set goals and responsibilities for the project.

To qualify for the role, you must
* Be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in business, STEM, or another related major
* Demonstrate teaming, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the willingness and ability to learn and work independently with minimal supervision
* Showcase effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
* Possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Be committed to integrity within a professional environment

* A mature mindset, be proactive and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
* Vancouver: $57,000 to $66,000
